    The dog friendliest car?

really? you can actually burst a bladder? I thought it was a "saying", but to actually medically burst a bladder I've not heard of before! I would imagine a dog would just wee if desperate! Anyway, I believe a dog (juvenile to adult) can last 4 hours between wee trips. any younger or older...

    The dog friendliest car?

I don't normally write in this forum, but I had to say something as I love my dogs! To be honest, I wouldn't leave a dog in the car at all - period. Definitely not in this heat (in uk, hitting 28c-ish). All it takes upto 15 mins suffering from brain damage and heat strokes resulting death...

    How I updated my sat-nav.

interesting, and seems rather cheap. Tempted. Did it look like its original from Mitsubishi or is it looking like one of those dvds with handwritten writing on that you usually see in the car boots?

    2019 Outlander PHEV revealed

yeah, disappointed especially where there is a lot more cars coming out with a much longer better/longer battery range. Having the heater (for warm and steamy windows) in winter really kills the battery to a miserable 17/18 miles.

nice one. Interesting to hear about the new features of the multimedia stuff particularly android auto and google maps. So... google maps was on the display? does that mean it is always up to date with internet access?

Preheating isn't working anymore on timer...

I had that once. from what I recall, when I checked the app, it says it was on at a certain timer, but I found out that it didn't warm up the car in the morning. Checked again - definitely was set to a timer. so I checked MMCS inside the care and weirdly enough, both the charging and heating...

George, I done a bad thing

oh my gawd! that is a horror story for bed time reading that! I think you were rather lucky no damage to the car itself!

PHEV Remote App and Android 6.0

yeah, but for some reason, my LG G6 doesn't have this option. A UK version does, but not the HK version! no idea why!

PHEV Remote App and Android 6.0

interesting, I thought you had to put the wifi password in on the connection to wifi network prompt (not in app). What I found that was PITA is that whilst I work from home near my car, my phone keeps connecting to wifi of the car when I wanted it to connect to my home wifi. Will have to try...

Loosing main battery charge during parking

have you by any chance left the OBD Bluetooth on and you started to get this weird problem? I am sure I read somewhere on this forum recently that drained its battery as he/she left their odb device plugged in.

New owner haven't got a clue. Help and tips needed please!

Sounds like pretty much what I do each day during the week day. school run about 12 miles a day. If you drive sensibly, stick ECO on, and if you can manage it - turn off heating/air con (use heated steering wheel and/or heated seats as its better eco wise). you could get away with charging at...

    Key tags

I got myself an outlander phev not so long ago, and I got 2 set of keys, however, no tags. I believe the tags are pretty important especially when losing the keys. Is there a chance to have a tag made based on the keys I have already got? And no, the garage I bought it from doesn't have those...

    Outlander 2014, SSID\Password renwal

Double check your paper doc. I thought I lost mine until I found a piece of paper that was folded in half (but didn't look like it folded in half) which the password was hidden!

    Ground Clearance error?

I must admit when I first purchased a second hand car, when looking from afar I saw what looks like a brown exhust pipe along the bottom. I am not crouching down, but to see the exhust along the side of the car, I thought perhaps it was a bit dislodged or something. turned out wasn't. It does...

New owner, still confused about parking sensors

Can't really answer but I am shocked about the fact you didn't see the post in your 360 camera. Not aware of any blind spots in those cameras - are they not as reliable as it seems?

Is there really difference between the 2016 and 2017 models

well, the 2017 does also have a "rear cross traffic alert (RCTA)" which suppose to alert you more then what 2016 does, and also has a "blind spot warning" (flashes some sort of led on the mirror?) both features may be useful, but for me, it probably won't be a killer reason for going for a 2017...

    Charging Problems

well, could be the cable as well, so if you try a different charger but same cable, you will be misled that its the rolec at fault. Best try with a different cable too. Come to think of it, have you tried the charger that came with the car (ie, with your home socket version - like the uk 3 pin...

Any news on Ground Tourer or future models?

I'll be shocked and worried if I lost 12% in two years, but if you really lost that much, then I guess after nearly 8 years you could get a new set of batteries from Mitisubishi under warranty as you would have lost 50% by then - surely should be replaced at that amount of lost. I can't say I...
