I got mine last Nov2024 and I think it has the latest update. Have you tried to set your climate to HI and remote start it during the -10c temp? We have the same app I think.

I asked the fortin support if they have a remote start for our phev. Here is their response to me.

I’m able to start the ICE using the app and it always does that when the temp drop at -10 or lower. Not sure why others are not able to start the ICE using the app.

Wow! At least we know that the software update helps for the -30c temperature and I saw in your photo that it feels like -40c. For me as long as the car runs at that kind of temperature is fine with me. :) Appreciate your update mate.

Have you plug it overnight? We're at -17c (feels like -22c) last night but I did not get turtle mode. I got '24 model GT-P Scheduled a charge mode overnight and also scheduled a Remote Climate as well. I didn't get any problem with the car.

Just got o the other forum that after starting the remote climate of the PHEV it will also start the ice? Just got this picture from there. Is this true? The temp outside was -16C and the climate was set to Hi.
