    Just charge it at home, outside chargers are ripping you off and you can charge at home at 12 amp for 5 to 6 hours overnight unless you live in apartment.

    We are not talking about rocket science here, I have compared the quality of the filter paper versus those of OEM, they work & fit perfectly. Other mechanical & electrical auto parts , yes, get OEM.

    Level 1 charger has fault light blinking

    Switch to the lower 8 amp setting of your charger and try again. May be that outlet of your house was lower than 12 amp. Check that the house fuse of that outlet at the fuse box was not stripped.

    If you search hard enough, they made some upgraded thicker dust cover boots for $11 in China's dealers. They seems to be too filmsy & first to wear out parts.

    Check the fuse in the fuse box for that lighter socket. That fuse is easy to blow out.

    2019 Outlander with EV mode 15miles only?

    2018 US model, 12 EV miles in winter with heat on, about 14 EV miles in summer with AC on. In CA, we consider 40 degree F as COLD and summer can get as high as 105 F. In 2018, it took about 6 hrs to 6.5 hours to charge at 12 amp/110 volt outlet, now it showed as 5 hours. Go figure!

    My US version of 2018 PHEV got about 14 EV miles without heat and down to 12 miles with heat on in winter. The US window sticker listed it as 22 EV miles brand new.
